My Health Passport

Join us as we identify medications, common medical personnel, and overall care related to sickle cell. Each participant will also create a personalized Health passport for use during both outpatient and inpatient situations. For those that do not live with sickle cell, we will focus on creating healthy habits and raising self awareness around overall health.
