By practicing self-advocacy with the support of parents and trusted adults, teens can gain confidence in using this important life skill and parents get to see teens take a first step toward living an independent, successful life.

Natural Approaches to Pain Management
How can you combat pain either without or in conjunction with pain medications? How can your self-care choices help you to reduce the frequency of your pain? This hands on session will explore two terrific options- the use of relaxation and diet. Participants will make a takeaway stress ball and sample foods that increase blood production.
